Residential and Commercial Pick Up Service Now Available in Flagstaff
In Northern Arizona, we know that three of our largest climate related challenges are: making our forests resilient to climate change; regenerating and improving soil health; and reducing emissions which result from wasteful and unnecessary contribution of recyclable organic products to our waste stream. Restoration Soils is helping solve this problem by combining low value biomass from forest restoration projects with organic waste to produce high quality compost, mulches and soil amendments.
Restoration Soils is launching commercial and residential food scrap collection services so our waste problems can be transformed into high quality regenerative soil products at our industrial composting facility in Flagstaff. Be part of the solution and help us build a more circular local economy!

Residential Compost Collection
Residential Pickup Schedule
Residential pickup occurs on the first and third Thursday of the month. Please have your buckets out by 7:00 am on the morning of the pickup. Please note: Residential pickup is not every other Thursday-when there are 5 Thursdays in a month, pickup still occurs the first and third Thursday only.
As a reminder, our thermophilic compost facility accepts all kinds of food scraps including meat, dairy, and certified compostable products.
